FAQs

What is a water fed pole?

A water-fed pole is an extendable window cleaning pole with a specialised brush at the end, and a hose running the whole length. The hose feeds purified, deionised water to the brush head, allowing the technician to clean the windows from any debris or dirt from the safety of the ground.

Why do you use a water fed pole system?

The two main reasons are:

1) When you traditionally clean a window you use a cleaner to put soap onto the window; this leaves behind an invisible film that dust and dirt can stick to. A water-fed pole, utilising purified water, only uses water, meaning your window stays cleaner for longer.

2) Safety, as our water-fed poles can extend to 40ft, we can clean from the safety of the ground and adhere to the current health and safety procedures. Where we do need to use ladders our team has all be externally trained to use them safely.

Is rainwater bad for my windows?

No. Rainwater is great for your windows as it has very little impurities.

Can you clean in a traditional?

Yes. If you require the inside of your windows to be cleaned we will traditionally clean these.

Will you clean my windows regularly?

We offer a schedule to suit your needs, these range from 1-12 weekly cycles.

Will you clean my windows in the rain?

Yes. Quite often we will clean in the rain as rainwater is very similar to the water we use. We won’t clean during heavy, persistent rain as we cannot guarantee the best results.

Do I need to be home when you clean?

Not at all, we have several customers who provide key or code access to their properties. If you have any access restrictions we will discuss these before we begin working at your property.

How do I pay for my window clean?

Most of our customers pay monthly through an automated bank transfer. We do accept card payments through our card terminal or in person via cq. We also now offer a seamless transaction through our Go Cardless option that will take you to a payment screen direct from our request for payment.

What hours do you work?

We operate our cleaning schedule from 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, you can, however, get hold of us, through Facebook or on WhatsApp, up until 22.00

How much do you charge?

Our charges are based on the service you require. Our minimum Window cleaning charge is £12 with our largest properties charging up to £85 +.
Our residential gutter vacuum charge is set at £85 with extra charges for conservatories or larger properties. All commercial properties are priced once a site visit has taken place.

Why are my windows left wet?

Because we use purified water, no residue will be left behind once the water has evaporated
